Our company has been dedicated in developing high-powered crushing machines. As the high-grade engineering projects are increasing their request to stones types, we developed a new crusher FN-102. This machine is developed based on principle of impact energy. When materials get into hammer operating area, they are crushed by hammers high speed impact, the materials are crushed again by being thrown to impact plate area in high speed, then they are crushed third time when they rebound to hammer area from impact plate area. This process proceed repeatedly, then gradually get through the impact plate area then discharge the materials from bottom part of machine. Crushing materials shape and discharge speed can be controlled by adjusting the distance between impact plate and rotor.
The uppermost characteristic of this machine is: the rotor can be rotated in positive and negative directions. Because the hammers one side will get abrased and can not be worked after a period of time (i.e.: when the hammers impact side changes from tangent into vertical), you can rotate the rotor, and make hammers another side (sharp side) to work. By changing the rotors direction again and again, the productivity of this machine can be increased greatly, and the products can be assured to be equal.
FN-102 crushers pressure resistance strength is under 320Mpa .The main advantage of this crusher is: the final products shape is very good without tension and crevices. So it is widely applied in industries of construction, transportation, energy sources, cement, mining, chemistry etc. It is suitable for stones transformation and sand making.
