The application of Screen Machine:

Sanyyo YK Series Vibrating feeders are available with a solid pan, screen mesh or grizzly bars. The YK Series has been designed to be compact in size, light in weight, yet well suited to hard rock applications. The YK Series vibrating feeders utilise grease lubricated unbalanced vibratory motors to create a linear motion.Sanyyo YK Series vibrating feeders can be used for feeding, transporting, scalping and screening of materials.Most of the YK Series vibrating feeders are available with motors .

The Features and Benefits of Screen Machine:

Screening Plant includes hopper,vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 700t/h. To meet customers specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as cone crusher, dust catcher on the production line.

The working principle of vibrating Screen:

The vibrating screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The barreltype vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine. During normal operation, the vibartion of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.
